I'm concerned about quality. Wouldn't I get a better mantel carved somewhere else?
No. Remember, China has been the source of intricate jade carvings for centuries. Carving is a tradition passed down through centuries. There are no better craftsman in the world.

Your prices are less than half what your competitors are asking. What am I giving up to get a price so low?
We own the factory. Chinese workers are paid lower wages and do better work. You give up nothing. We are a genuine bargain.

How long have you been in business?
The factory has been in business for 12 years. We were "discovered" by Western diplomats, who began buying our mantels and sending them to their homes.

Are shipping costs included in the price? Where will you ship?
Because shipping costs vary, we cannot include shipping costs in our pricing. We will ship anywhere in the world that has suitable delivery available. All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage should be reported in writing to us immediately. Save all broken stones and packing material. We will replace and ship any chipped or broken piece reported within seven days of delivery.

I have a design in mind. Will you make custom mantels? Can you modify your existing models?
T.Horse Interiors treats every mantel as a custom job. We will create whatever you need. Allow 60 days for production and delivery on non-inventory, custom made orders. Certain inventoried models are standard in size with adjustable frames to fit. Those items are available for shipment within ten working days upon receipt of order.

What are your payment terms?
You will be sent a proposal for your signature, based on items you wish to order. On custom made orders, a 50% deposit is required before production can begin. Balance is due prior to shipment.

Do you have limited warranty for your products?
Yes. Our products are warranted to be free from defect, except those related to the natural color variation inherent in the stone. Any defective products will be replaced.
